Photoshoot Process
Step 1: Consultation
Your journey begins with a consultation where we’ll discuss all the exciting details of your session! Whether it’s in person, via Zoom, or over the phone, we’ll talk about your style, location choices, and any specific ideas you have for your shoot. We’ll also create a Pinterest board to gather inspiration for outfits and props—we want to capture your personality and all the things that make you unique!
Step 2:
Photo Session
On the day of your photo shoot, you’ll arrive ready to shine! We’ll help you feel relaxed and confident as we capture your personality, whether you want to include props that represent your journey (think cap and gown, favorite books, or sports gear) or you’re looking for something more stylish and artistic. You have the option for hair and makeup to be done at the studio or at a salon of your choice, so you’re looking your absolute best.
Step 3:
Sales Appt
After your session, we’ll schedule a sales appointment where we’ll go through all your images together. This is where you choose your favorite photos—we won’t choose them for you!
You’ll also have the opportunity to purchase additional images, wall art, or albums to preserve and showcase your memories. After you’ve made your selections, we’ll begin the editing process, which takes about a week.
Step 4:
Delivery
Once your photos are edited, your digital files will be ready for download within 1 week of your sales appointment. You’ll receive a link to your private online gallery to access your high-resolution images.
For physical products like albums, prints, or wall art, you can expect delivery within 4 to 6 weeks. We take great care in ensuring your products are of the highest quality, and we’ll notify you as soon as they’re ready to be picked up or shipped!

Frequently Asked Questions
Where will I receive my images?
Digital Images will be received in an online gallery where you can download, share, and favorite! Prints, Wall Art, and Albums will be received at our studio and gallery in Corpus Christi or can be shipped to you if you’re from out of town.
How far in advance should we book you?
It is important to book early. Our availability tends to get filled very fast.
How many images will we receive?
The amount of images received will be dependent on the package chosen. Some of our packages include prints, some include digital downloads, and some include both!
Do you offer prints and products?
Yes! We offer hundreds of products and beautiful gift ideas at great prices with a quick turnaround time.
Will we receive the digital files?
Digital files are typically ready within 72 hours, if not sooner! Expedited digital files and prints are also available.
